Never thought I'd hear those words. "I miss golf." I played from the time I was 6 years old until my sophomore year in high school. At the age of 16, I stopped playing. I played a little bit in college, but really, it was basically a 12-year hiatus in being a serious golfer. This past summer (actually, late summer and fall), I fell back in love with the game. I didn't get in as many rounds as I'd like, but I'm hoping that next summer I can play with some amount of consistency. In just a handful of months, I got my game to as good as it had ever been. Anyway, today's posting is in honor of my buddy Wiz who I used to golf a ton with and hopefully will get a chance to again next summer. It's his birthday and he's the biggest golf nut I know. Here's to hoping for a short winter and a long golf season next year!
